This was a wonderful dish. I used my homemade salsa which had lots of garlic. I didn't have the corn but I'm not much of a corn lover anyway. I don't like left overs but this dish was just as good reheated the next day. I shared the recipe with my sister and she, too, loved it. Outstanding recipe!

My children loved this. My only comment would be the peppers would work better chunked for small kids and all 3 of mine said they wanted sour cream next time. But it was yummy and super quick.

I have made this recipe a couple of times and what is great about it is that really you can go whatever direction you want with it! Try it with red, yellow, orange in place of green pepper. With the lighter peppers, try a mango salsa instead of regular... or try a black bean and corn salsa! What a wonderful go-to recipe!

Substituted rice for the pasta. Added a chopped tomato which added a bit of flavor and color. Easy to make.

I thought this recipe was VERY easy to make. I used homeade salsa and corkscrew noodles and it was a WINNER!

I made this last night for dinner and everyone liked it. I did add an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce as there was not enough sauce with just the salsa.

Great recipe, also good if you add some chili powder or taco seasoning, and substitute rice for the pasta. If using rice, add 1 cup water when you add the salsa, and the rice will cook by absorption.
