This dish tasted very good and was easy to make. I will make this again for my family. My husband is not a green pepper eater but he really enjoyed the meal.

I made this recipe except I addded some cumin, cilantro and all the salsa that was left in the jar after measuring out what the recipe calls for. It was very good!

Love this recipe! It was so quick and easy and had great flavors. I used frozen bell pepper strips to cut down on the prep time even more. Will definitely make this one again!

This was so good and fast. I used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving so i didn't have to take any time preparing chicken. It took 15 minutes to complete and my whole family liked it, and i was able to get rid of my leftovers.

I used Rotoni instead of penne pasta because that's what I had. Also took out the green peppers. This is so flexible and easy! Very good and actually healthy, pretty impressive
