Delish! I Made it exactly the way it states in the recipe and everyone loved it! Next time I will make more. I doubled it for my family of 2 adults and 4 kids sine the baby is to small to eat table food. Kids asked for seconds AND wanted it for leftovers but we only had one serving leftover.....again, sooo delish. You could use canned rotel or tomatos with green chilis and experement with the cheese.

Unfortunately, I was the only one who enjoyed this tasty meal. My boys and husband didn't care for it.

YUM! This recipe has all the best elements- quick, easy, flavorful AND low in fat! It's one of our family's favorites by far, and I love how quick I can put it together. Using frozen chopped bell peppers can save time, and I usually add a can of black beans, drained & rinsed, for extra protein & fiber. Make this today & you won't be sorry!

Really good! Mine was a little spicy. I added some onion, an Anaheim and a jalapeno pepper, just because I had them on hand. It all tasted great!

I read the reviews and made some modifications, of course! :) I used 1 cup of salsa (chunky picante sauce), 1/4 cup of taco sauce, and 1/4 cup of melted Velveeta cheese. It added the right amount of spicy and cheesy flavor! I also did without the pasta and it came out great on its own! Would love to try it over rice too!
