What You Need

cups multi-grain penne pasta, uncooked

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1-1/4

cups TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

cup frozen corn, thawed

large green pepper, cut into strips

cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in salsa, corn and peppers. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly. Top with cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 1 min. or until cheese is melted.

Very good! My husband and I like spicy food, so I’m going to add jalapeño’s and a spicier salsa. I did add more salsa than what it calls for, as well as cheese. More spice would add a bit more to the dish! Otherwise, super-fast and easy!

so easy and surpisingly tasty. all 3 kids liked which never happens. used more salsa and cheese and no pepper. might add some shredded carrot next time

Great recipe, but I did add more seasonings to the chicken and extra salsa.

This recipe was eatable, but nothing that I would rush to make again. My boyfriend is not a picky eater at all and the first thing he said was "This is kind of bland." Definitely needs something more...

This was really delicious! I doubled it so that we can have it tomorrow night! I love that it is "healthy" for you and not bad in calories.

Pretty tasty. I had some red and green bell pepper and an onion that I needed to use up so this was perfect. My wife liked it, the kids liked it, and it was easy. Think I will add it to the rotation this winter.
