Salsa is the key to making a quick sauce with lots of flavor. Try it in this cheesy pasta and chicken breast skillet dish.

Very easy, quick and everyone loved it! Great flavor!
Besides the ingredients listed, I added an onion and a can of sliced black olives. Everyone loved it.
Loved it! I made it go a little farther and added a can of beans. Even the kids had seconds!
Excellent, and very flexible recipe. I did add a little extra taste the last time I cooked it. I lightly tossed the chicken pieces in some taco seasoning and kept them in the fridge for an hour and also used 2 cups of salsa. I also added chopped onion, peppers and a little broccoli to the simmer stage. I also added some Mexican style tomatoes. The 'heat. was perfect and leftovers were great. Definitely a "go to" recipe.
Tasted great! We loved it and I was particularly happy that there were leftovers!
Great recipe! The whole family loved it. I didn't have green bell pepper so I used red - delicious! This might become one of my weekly dishes!
This dish is currently on low on my stovetop, letting the flavors meld a little more, and already is one of my favorites! The only change I made was in the sauce. I only had half a jar of salsa (a good black bean/corn one), but I was also in the mood to try making my own enchilada sauce for another recipe. I used the half jar of salsa, and I used the enchilada sauce for the rest of it. Really good flavor, and super easy especially if you're just using a jar of salsa!
Absolutely yummy and easy! I followed the directions but next time I make it I am going to add some red bell pepper and sour cream.
I made this recipe for a family of seven. I am no cook but everyone loved it. Plus it was simple to make and decently healthy. I think I drained most of the salsa out of the dish but it was still an excellent dinner.
Very good!! I added a little minced garlic and some sour cream on top. Delicious!
