I removed the green pepper & added onion, black olives & black beans. Very good topped with sour cream. I will make this again.

My husband and I really enjoyed this meal. I used popcorn chicken from the deli in mine. It was very tasty!

My husband loved this recipe. I thought that it tasted fairly good & would make it again. Very easy. I noticed someone else mention that it was bland when they made it, so I made sure to increase the amount of salsa that it calls for. That seemed to fix the concern.

I would make this again, but with some changes. It was very bland, so next time I would use HOT salsa, and maybe add more spices.

I was a little nervous that it would be bland so when I cooked the chicken I used cayanne pepper and chili powder and it was delicious. My kids weren't crazy about it but they aren't big on spicy. I

Very good and easy to make. Even DH who usually doesn't care for 'one skillet meals' really enjoyed it. I substituted Kraft cheese crumbles for the shredded cheese and the kids really liked the 'cheesiness' of it!

Next time I would make it a little spicier by adding jalapeno peppers. But this recipie was still very good! I didn't add as much cheese, but it was still tasty.
