Most of a small green pepper is enough. Onions might be a nice addition.

I made it at my mom's house for her and my fiance. One of the vest received dished I've made (and I am an aspiring chef). My little brother came home and was upset we didnt save him more. I mixed in a little cheese & stirred, then topped it an let it melt on individual servings for appeal.

My 16 year old raved about this recipe! I have fixed almost every thing in the new Food and Family magazine for fall! They are so good and so easy.

My husband loved this recipe. It was very flavorful and the chicken was very moist because of the salsa. Great dish and makes lots of left overs!!!

My husband and I LOVED this one. I'm glad I didn't skimp and get the cheapest salsa. That's where all the flavor came from that made it so good.

This is a Great Recipe... Easy to make afterwork and everyone ate it. You can make it as spicey as you want depending on the salsa..
