This recipe was eatable, but nothing that I would rush to make again. My boyfriend is not a picky eater at all and the first thing he said was "This is kind of bland." Definitely needs something more...

Pretty tasty. I had some red and green bell pepper and an onion that I needed to use up so this was perfect. My wife liked it, the kids liked it, and it was easy. Think I will add it to the rotation this winter.

Very easy and surprisingly delicious...I really didn't know what to expect just knew it got great reviews so had to give it a shot. We'll definately be making this again!

I adapted this recipe to make more than the four servings as stated. I used a 13.25oz box of multi grain penne pasta. 1 1/2 cups of corn, added orange,green and yellow pepper strips, added a 24oz and a 16oz jar of salsa. I cooked the chicken in different spices to add a little more flavor. This makes a lot made this way, good for a family and hopefully leftovers! Will make again.

This recipe was a BIG hit! I used about 1 1/2 cups of the salsa & my husband would like there to be a little more next time. Delicious!
