Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes

These were fantastic. I've made these in the oven and the microwave. Both were good, but the batch from the oven was crispier with just a little better flavor. I will definitely be making these over and over again.

I made these potatoes for my family and guests. Everyone loved them, not to mention how healthy they are.

I liked to taste very much and I always enjoy healthy eating recipes.

I hate sweet potatoes. But, I made this recipe and this is the ONLY way I will eat them! I absolutely love them!!! Definetly microwave the potatoes, its quicker, but it doesn't effect the flavor any! O, also, try with marshmellows on top! SUPER DELISIOUS!!

This was the perfect side dish for Thanksgiving! It was easy, different, and very simple to serve buffet-style (how we serve every holiday meal). I made this according to the directions and added dried cranberries on top with the pecans. My family's asked for this dish again next year already! Be sure to use the shortcut - pierce and cook the potatoes in the microwave for about 7 min before slicing in half. I didn't think of this and it would have made it even easier!!

Fantastic and easy. What more can you ask for? Going to serve 12 friends and family on Thanksgiving!

We didn't have pecans but the sweet potatoes were great! Our whole family enjoyed them, and I would definitely make them again.

Very delicious, sweet potatoes were enhanced by the flavors.

It was really good, however it was a bit dry for my preference. I might add butter next time.
