Very good. Sweet change from the typical twice baked potatoe. Very good with the port chops with apples and stuffing.

These were so good, and easy to make. I could not find any Neufschatel so I just used light cream cheese and toasted sweet almonds instead of pecans. Amazing!

These were fabulous on Thanksgiving. Surprisingly simple to make, even if my oven did burn them a little along the edges :)

We loved these potatoes. They were a nice sweet addition to steak and something different than a regular potato.

Not as sweet as a sweet potato bake with marshmallows, but still very good, and very professional looking. A classy side dish or appetizer.

This was a nice healthy alternative to a sweet potato souffle I have made (that is loaded with butter & sugar). I think next time I would add a little more sugar/splenda to sweeten it up a bit, but this will be replacing the souffle on the Thanksgiving table.
