Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes recipe

Twice baked—and twice as nice! Sweet potatoes never tasted as sweet as they do in our creamy brown sugar-cinnamon side.

This recipe is delicious. I added some mini-marshmallows to the top. They get a nice crispness in the oven. Really nice presentation as well. This would be a great make-ahead recipe for Thanksgiving.

This was a great recipe! I never would have thought to make sweet potatoes this way! The only thing I would do is add just a little bit more sugar. Overall my family loved this!

terribley time consuming, used lots of dishes, potatoes didn't cook in time they said, hard to scoop out. but apparently i am in the minority because everyone else liked it............

I made these without the pecans to save calories. My husband and I both thought they were great!

The flavors were perfect together, and the pecans a lovely finish!

Love this! Easy to make and nutritious. Especially nice for making dinner just for two. It is sweet but it's nice and creamy and very flavorful. I think kids might even like this one.

Well, looks like I'm the minority. Neither my husband nor I liked these at all. We felt these were far too sweet to be a side dish & tasted more like a dessert. We'll stick to regular ol' sweet potatoes.
