Well, looks like I'm the minority. Neither my husband nor I liked these at all. We felt these were far too sweet to be a side dish & tasted more like a dessert. We'll stick to regular ol' sweet potatoes.

Great! I made this last night for dinner and it was wonderful!! I've always wanted to try twice baked but thought it would be hard. This was so easy and so yummy!!!!!

This is very easy to fix and tastes very good. I did leave out the brown sugar as I don't care for sweetness in my potatoes. It was delicious!!

I made this last night and it was a hit. My skins also fell right off. I need to work on that. Not quite sure why that happened. I don't have that problem when using russet potatoes. Maybe it would work better to leave them whole when baking. I plan to make them again. I definitely will for the Holidays.

Super-easy and a fabulous way to cook a sweet potato without losing the vitamins (most quick recipes want you to boil them!). Once I baked them, the skins just came right off. I tossed them and just made mashed sweet potatoes...which were a BIG hit!!!
