Wow! This was fantastic! I couldn't get over how fresh it tasted. I substituted Fat Free Balsamaic Vinagrette for the Tuscan House and it made it even healthier. Next time I would use fresh mozzarella instead of the shredded mozzarella but I would definetly make this again!

My husband and I enjoyed this very much. He suggested adding shrimp and portabello mushrooms for a more hearty meal. I will definitely make this again.

VERY flavorful and fast. I prefer using fresh mozzarella cheese in lieu of the shreds, but this recipe is super versatile for what you have on hand- for example, you could sub jarred roasted red peppers or frozen pepper mixes for the tomatoes. This is a great staple recipe.

I had no idea what to make for dinner, and this was in my email inbox. I had to modify it just a tad, like using fresh parmesan instead of mozz, but it was delicious. I picked the basil and cherry tomatoes out of my garden and whipped it up. The tomatoes really sweetened during the cooking for a truly delicous meal.

Used spaghetti squash instead of spaghetti and it was great! Served it at a dinner party and everyone loved it. Most were surprised to learn that it was squash!

this is similar to my cheesy spagethette squash recipe. We love that recipe. I substituted swiss cheese for the mozzerella because I didn't have any mozzerella. I like the swiss cheese even better. My husband liked it which surprised me but it is a very good side dish or even a main dish if you don't want to have meat. If this recipe is as good as the spaghette squash and I don't see why it shouldn't be though I have not made this recipe yet I will make it. I expect it to be very good.
