It's easy. light, and could be eaten cold (especially on a hot summer's day) or hot!

Definitely a keeper. Tastes like a restaurant quality dish. Be careful how hot you have your stove, I had to start over when I burnt the dressing!

Excellent! This was so easy and fast to make. I used shredded parmesian cheese since that is what I had. Everyone raved about it. I can see a lot of versatility in this recipe. It will be made again.

Instead of the salad dressing I used olive oil, about 3-4 Tablespoons. Instead of cherry tomatoes I used sun dried tomatoes packed in oil and chopped them up. I substituted these items because this is what I had on hand and I saved some money not having to buy salad dressing. It was delicious!!

For the most part, this came out pretty good. There definitely wasn't enough dressing, so next time I would use more. It was easy to make and it made a large amount, so I had lots of leftovers!
