It was too sweet for my liking. I think had too much of an onion taste. If you are not a huge fan of onions beware.

A little bland. Next time I will add more dressing/marinade. I tossed in chicken since my kids hate tomatoes.

This is it! Only a few ingredients and their all easy to find. Doesn't take long to prep or cook and a filling dinner if you add chicken like I did. My children say this tastes like a dish you would pay top dollar for at a nice restaurant.

I made this dish for dinner for my very picky family and they loved it. Even my son, you never eats tomatoes ate everything in this dish (YES even the tomatoes). This will defintely be a regular in my house.

This is great! It's very easy to make but tastes like something from an italian restaurant. I didn't mind that there was no meat in it but thought it needed a little something more so I have added zuchinni and even fresh green beans.

I substituted the motz cheese with parmesan, and it was really tasty. I am definitely cooking this dish again.
