I substituted with Sundried Tomato and Oregano salad dressing and the family loved it. Easy and quick!

Very good, quick and cheap! The mozzarella did not mix in too well, next time will try with freshly shaved parmesan. This recipe is definitely a keeper

Fabulous - similiar to Olive Gardens (but way cheaper!). Add grated parmesan before serving - DELISH!!

This recipe is excellent and easy to make, just the way it is. Next time, though, because I learned my daughter doesn't like tomatoes much I will substitute broccoli, par cooked in the drained pasta water, for the tomatoes. Thanks, this recipe is a keeper!

It sounds great but is it the dressing or the cheese giving it the high fat content? What would be suitable substitutes to lower that figure? We can't eat it with a number that high?
