As written it's just ok. It kind of just tastes like green bean casserole. With a few tweaks it's a simple, quick, and hearty meal for busy weeknights! I brown the meat, onion, and some garlic and set it aside to drain. Then I add a can of rotel, well drained can of green beans, well drained can of corn, and the soup to the pot. Heat it all up and mix the meat back in. Pour all of that into a casserole and top with tater tots. Add the cheese the last 5 minutes of cooking.
