This was really good. I didn't expect to like it as much as I did. I did season the meat with pepper and garlic powder and I used 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables. I also thawed the vegetables like suggested by other reviewers. Oh and I topped the taters with more some cheddar cheese and cooked it an extra 5 minutes. Yummy!!!

We really loved this recipe. I put in some green pepper, grated fresh ginger and garlic. I also used Frozen hash browns on top instead of nuggets and once I used shredded chicken. Really yummy!

This is an easy but VERY tasty dinner. Everyone I have made it for likes it. Even the pickiest of eaters licked their plates and wanted more

Very good recipe, easy to prepare, I always add more vegtables and my family likes to top this with ketchup or hot sauce

Great recipe for Saturday night dinner for the family. Easy to make and taste wonderful. Its a now a family favorite for Saturday dinner or Sunday foot ball.

We forgot to put the cheese on it and it was stiil awesome; my 3 year old loved it. Very good way to incorporate veggies into our diet.

I guess I might make this again for the kids. I thought it was kinda wierd,lacking something I didnt use the mixed veggies, but only corn as my kids dont like the mixed. Everyone ate it, but not a fav.
