Ground beef and a veggie medley simmer in creamy sauce, topped with crispy bites of potato. This one offers more comfort than your pajamas and a good book combined.

I have been making a version of this recipe for 30yrs. My mother-in-law gave this recipe to me. My son and grandkids love it. My sisters kids beg her to make "Aunt Donna's Stuff". It a very versatile recipe. Combine what you like and go for it. I make it 2-3 times a month in the winter months. It's one of our favorite comfort foods.

This casserole is one my family's favorites. Even tastes great leftover. And, so easy to prepare.

Have made this for years and the only thing I do different is I use canned veggies and cook it an hour or til tater tots are crispy. Family favorite

Simple, didn't need to even add any salt or pepper afterword. A good comfort food. Next time I'm thinking about experimenting with different cheeses for an exotic flavor, but it is still great the way it is now.

I've made this twice in the past month. The first time I used ground beef and Cream of Mushroom soup. The second time I used lean ground turkey and Cream of Celery soup. Both versions were very good, but we liked the second version better. I also went to town and used a whole bag of tater tots and a whole bag of Birds Eye mixed veggies. I baked everything in a large Rachael Ray bubble 'n brown casserole dish and it turned out great. This recipe is a new family favorite!
