SOOOO GOOD!!! One of my favorite fall/winter meals is pork and apples. This was cheap and simple to make. I had the kids help me make it and my picky 5 year old cleared his plate! I have added it to my weekly dinner rotation and made it twice in a week bc it was so tasty. I did season the pork chops VERY LIGHTLY w/ a little sage, thyme, rosemary and garlic powder.
This was so easy and delicious. It deserves 5 stars for taste and ease of effort. I used bone-in pork chops seasoned with a little salt, pepper and garlic powder. I also used 2 boxes of stuffing since we really like stuffing. It turned out great. Whole family really liked it. I did have to cook it longer, like about 45 minutes. I will definitely be making this often. Served with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.
so simple and delicious. I will be making this on a regular basis
This recipe is quick and taste great! My husband loved it :)
I've made this recipe several times and it is always a hit! I'm going to try to season the pork chops this time.
This is a quick easy recipe that everyone will love.
Everyone that eats this meal is so surprised by how wonderful it tastes. When they hear the combination of ingredients they seem turned off but as soon as they taste it they're in heaven! I have added this meal to the rotating list I make and cook it almost once a month. We eat this with a side of green beans or a salad to round it out.
Great recipe. I use the Apple Stovetop Stuffing & season chops with pepper & a little onion powder.
Very delicious!! I loved the combination of apples and pork chops. Might try adding something to the pork chops themselves next time to give them more flavor.
I took advice and added cinnamon to the apple mixture, onion powder to the chops. I only used four chops. The ratio was good with four chops. I don't think I'd uncover for the last 10 minutes. It burnt the stuffing a bit. Would have been fine without uncovering.
