The actual pork chops were really bland since they didn't have any seasoning on them. The stuffing was too salty. I won't make it again.

Very delicious, inexpensive, and easy. I sauteed a little onion in the butter for the stuffing, then added the stuffing mix and sprinkled cinnamon on top of the pork chops before baking. Tasted great with Blue Moon beer.

I made this last night. It was soooo good. Everyone loved it, (including the chop I brought to my mother). This receipe is a keeper.

I've made this a few times now; my husband and I love it on a chilly night. It's great with sweet potatoes on the side and a glass of cider. Easy clean-up, too.

I make this once a week because everyone in the family loves it and it is quick and easy for me to make. We have sports or activities every night and the one thing we continue to do is eat as a family 4-5 nights a week. This recipe makes that effort possible.

Got the email today and made it tonight. Had 2 brined pork chop and stove top. Made my own apples. As suggested by many, I did brown my chops first and followed the cooking time. Everything came out great and would make it again. The chops were very juicy and flavorful and cook just right.
