I liked this. I used really thick pork chops - so about half way thru baking, I cut it up into bite sized pieces & returned it to the oven. The only thing I will do differently next time is season the pork. The hot apples & stuffing are a delicious combination! Yum

This was really great!! My whole family loved it, even my picky husband. It was easy to make, but I did add about five minutes to the cooking time. I used bone-in porkchops because they were what I had on hand, and I used low-sodium stuffing and low sugar apples. Otherwise it came out perfect!!

my family did not like this. The Pork took a long time to cook and the stuffing dried out.

This was a great recipe. My husband and I both enjoyed it very much. I used center cut boneless butterflied chops. I did pan sear them before baking. I did this because typically oven baked meat looks very anemic. I pan seared them while the stuffing was going together. The pie filling tasted like chunky applesauce and we both enjoyed this meal. Because it is just the two of us we used the stuffing as a starch and added vegetables and a salad. Dinner was a snap and will be made again. Thanks.

This recipe was very good and very easy to make. I bought a boneless pork loin on sale and sliced it, instead of pork chops. Very economical, I now have enough pork to make this recipe twice.Very nice for a quick prep. dinner.

Very simple recipe, very few dishes. Not my favorite meal, but definately a good meal when you are in hurry or feeling a bit lazy.

I used a can of sugar free (Splenda) apple pie filling, avoiding the high fructose corn syrup. Instead of stuffing mix for chicken, I used Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Pork. For side items I served baked sweet potatoes and sauteed spinach. Dinner was a huge success.

My family loved it! I was a little concerned that the apple pie filling would be too sweet, but it wasn't, the combination was just perfect. A definite do again.
