This recipe was very good and very easy to make. I bought a boneless pork loin on sale and sliced it, instead of pork chops. Very economical, I now have enough pork to make this recipe twice.Very nice for a quick prep. dinner.

Very simple recipe, very few dishes. Not my favorite meal, but definately a good meal when you are in hurry or feeling a bit lazy.

I used a can of sugar free (Splenda) apple pie filling, avoiding the high fructose corn syrup. Instead of stuffing mix for chicken, I used Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Pork. For side items I served baked sweet potatoes and sauteed spinach. Dinner was a huge success.

My family loved it! I was a little concerned that the apple pie filling would be too sweet, but it wasn't, the combination was just perfect. A definite do again.

Tasty and very easy to make. I spooned some of the sauce, leftover on the bottom of the pan, over the top of the cooked chops just before serving which added even more flavor.
