Yum! I made it for my kids, who didn't think it sounded good. They LOVED it!! It is delicious! reminds me of a similar recipe with chicken, stuffing, and cranberries. Love it!

To add to my review below...I baked this with the foil on for 30 minutes then about 20 minutes without the foil because the pork hadn't cooked all the way. I would just keep an eye on the meat so its not undercooked!

This is so easy to make. My family likes stuffing so much I use 2 boxes and 2 can of pie filling and I make enough for letfovers.

This is the only way I could get my 5 and 7 year old grandchildren to try pork chops. They love it and it's so easy to put togrther.

The pork chops and stuffing were great. Be prepared for the apples to make the dish very sweet. I would go lighter on the apples next time.
