This was an extremely easy and tasty recipe. I love apples and pork together and didn't know how the pie filling would affect the taste. But it made all the difference. I made this for my husband and mother-in-law and they both really enjoyed it!

Yummy is how I would describe this. Also how great is it to only have 3 items in this dish! I cooked as per the recipe and it was great. I did use a lower sugar pie filling.

I altered this recipe by browning the chops a little first, to get that nice carmelization and extra flavor. This was so delicious! I will definitely add this to my recipe box and suggest to friends!

We have been making this recipe since forever! To step up the flavor a bit: use 2 cans of apple pie-filling, sprinkle them with cinnamon-sugar, season chops on both sides before placing on top of apples, and use 2 boxes of stuffing made with chicken broth. You might need a little longer baking time....but who cares because the result is one great tasting family pleasing meal!!

To make this more diabetic friendly, instead of the pie filling, peel, core and slice 2 granny smith and 2 gala or red delicious apples, toss with a sprinkle of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of Splenda. Put in the bottom of the pan instead ofthe pie filling. Other than that, yummy, yummy recipe (or and I only used 3-4 pork chops)

Have made this delicious dinner before. Really like it, I add 2 cans of apple pie filling, as 1 does not seem to be enough, but that is up to you. Hubby likes it also. This is a keeper!!
