This was a HUGE hit with my picky family. Everyone asked when we could have this again. I followed the instructions but found that I needed to cook the chops a litle longer than the directions stated. I encourage others to make sure that the chops do not overlap in you baking pan or to even consider using boneless chops. Thanks for the quick and easy recipe!

I will start by saying I am a great cook and I usually don't stray from my Mother's or Grandmother's recipes, I now remember why. I REALLY disliked this recipe. The tastes did not compliment each other as I thought they would. I'm not a big fan of boxed stuffing mix, maybe this was a large part of why I disliked the dish. Anyway, I have leftovers and they've been sitting for 3 days now. None of my sons will touch them and my husband wouldn't even try this the first time around.

This was really good and easy. I doubled the rec. I made 10 porkchops and 2 boxes of stuffing. It took forever to cook though. But I used the herb stuffing and LOVED the flavor it added. I also seasoned the porkchops before hand with some garlic pepper and it blended great with the apples. A keeper.

I do not cook very often due to lack of experience. My family was very impressed with this dinner and the fact that I made it all by myself. It was easy and tasted great. In fact, my daughter wants to make it again for her boyfriend this weekend - that is how easy and tasty it was!! Thanks!

My husband made this for dinner, using apple and cranberry pie filling. It was so quick and easy, we will definitely put it in our dinner rotation.
