The pork chops had no flavor, but were moist. The apples and stuffing are the best part of this recipe.

This recipe always gets rave reviews. It's a great fall standby. I use 2 cans of no sugar added pie filling and add my own cinnamon or apple pie spice. I also sear the pork chops first and add fresh sage. No one can ever believe how easy it is.

Family loved this recipe but I did have to jazz it up a bit and added garlic salt, pepper and sage to the boneless pork chops and seared them in olive oil before transferring to the baking dish. I also jazzed up the stuffing mix by adding raisins/craisins, sage, fresh thyme. Will make a gain

Really good. Prefect to sever on a cold fall night.

Delish! Quick and easy too. At the suggestion of *embowden1* I added the cran-raisens to the stuffing. Yum!!

This recipe is really easy to make and tastes great. Normally when I make pork chops I use a recipe that calls for real apples and onions but this works great if you want something quick and easy...especially during the week.
