So EASY and so DELISH!!!! The pork turns out so incredibly moist!!! Tastess like it cooked for hours, but in reality is a very quick dinner. My kids/hubs do not like apples so I served their dishes without the apples, and they loved it. I ate the apples with the pork and thought it tasted incredible.

This is a family favorite. The apples taste delicious with the pork chops. And with only 3 ingredients, it is so easy to make. Kids ask for this all the time.

It wasn't a bad recipe. It turned out pretty dry and I don't know why and I thought it would have more flavor. It wasn't one of my favorites and I probably would try to make it again to see if I can make it less dry. Just not any time soon.

Very easy. This is my fall back recipe for pork chops when I don't want to spend a lot of time preparing dinner. Also have made with chicken, which is just as good.
