I don't have canned pie filling, so cut up and apple (made recipe for two) and used 1/2 box stuffing. Sprinkled cinnamon on apples. Pre-browned chops so sprinkled 2T pecan (or olive) oil over chops/stuffing + 3T water in bottom. Covered/baked. Yummy!
Easy to make ahead and simply assemble.
