I have made this recipe several times, it is delicious and easy! I made this for company and they are still talking about it. A must make!

I've made this several times. It is awesome! It tastes just like a "burrito bowl" you'd get at a mexican restaurant. I add black beans, extra fajita seasoning and hot sauce.

My husband and myself loved this dinner making three packs was more than enough for our family of five . The kids didn't care for it too much but they are still young , so thay might enjoy it as much as the adults did later on .

I made this in a casserole instead of foil-packets for just the two of us. Really liked it and will make it again.

This was such a great recipe. It has been added to the repeat recipe list. I added onion in with the peppers and also since my husband and I like things with bold, spicy flavor I used a whole back of taco seasoning. It is very tasty and I love how moist the chicken comes out. I would recomend this one to everyone.

I made this like one of the other reviews in one big pan of foil. the rice was fluffy but all the seasoning seemed to stay at the bottom so the top didnt have much flavor. It took so getting used to the chicken flavor. my husband liked it but i didnt care for it.

I made this for dinner last night. My husband & I both thought it was excellent. We do not like alot of spice so it was perfect for us. I think I will add black beans and corn next time. I am not sure I would make ahead as I would be afraid of putting raw chicken in with all the other stuff and leaving it for a long period of time eventhough it would be in fridge. Will make over and over and when family comes !

We loved it! I, too, would make it again. I served corn as a side dish and we spooned it over the opened packet. I think it needs a little salt (for the rice) and I would probably add some onion slices to the packet before baking next time. It is a definite keeper; I sent the recipe to our two grown single sons to add to their collections! :-)
