The next time I make this I will marinade the chicken in something. The chicken was very bland. My husband drenched it in tabasco sauce and said that is what it needed. The taco seasoning gave the rice and peppers a good flavor.

This dish was okay. Definitely season the chicken before putting it in. I did not do that and the chicken was very bland. Also would recommend adding more taco seasoning because overall I though the dish lacked flavor.

Simple and easy clean up on nights when you need something easy. It was good

Very good but next time, I would add a little bit more water or liquid to keep the chicken's moisture.

Delicious and really easy to make! The rice was especially delicious with the taco seasoning! It was also very nice to clean up so quickly with the foil packs. The only change I would make would be to season the chicken before hand, which I didn't do. Other than that, it was great and I will definitely be making again!

This was wonderful! I folded the foil over a jar to make a pocket for the ingredients - this worked great. I also cut the chicken up so it would fit better, was ready for children to eat, and I could use less meat. I think the next time that I make it I will substitute spag. sauce for the salsa and italian seasoning for the taco sauce. A new variety. YUM!

Delicious recipe! It's best when you let the rice absorb the water so there isn't all the juice to deal with. Also great served with refried beans, lettuce, and queso cheese (melted Amercian cheese).

Awesome! We have picky eaters and this recipe was one that the whole family enjoyed. We also had to cook longer but with such an easy clean-up it was worth the extra wait

This dish was so easy to prepare, and really terrific--just put everything in a casserole dish and cooked slightly longer--thanks for another GREAT RECEIPE!!!!

Great recipe!! Instead of adding water to the rice mix, I added 2 ice cubes before sealing the final side. This saves time by not requiring the 1-inch rim on the foil. I have passed this recipe along to many friends. What a great way to use my peppers from the garden!
