Elevate brownies (in both senses of the word) with layers of chewy and creamy. Chocolate plus peanut butter plus creamy frosting means a tall stack of yum.

Wonderful dessert! I even blogged about it to pass along the deliciousness. I will definately be making this one again!

It melts in your mouth. Highly recommend!

Has become the new "favorite dessert" in my house. Melted the chocolate squares seperately from the coolwhip, and used one extra square. Put crushed cashew nuts on top. Will make this often.

Loved this recipe. Yes, it took about 2 minutes to melt the chocolate & Cool Whip together, not the 1 minute that the recipe stated. Left out the chopped nuts on top as a matter of personal preference. Had no problem with the peanut butter layer as others did - used the whisk attachment on my hand blender to mix it. That may have made a difference. Will be making this again real soon!

I had problems with the topping: I could not get the cool whip and bakers chocolate "come together". After 1 min in the microwave, the chocolate was nowhere near melted. Of course, I put it on for another 30 sec and it still was not melting. I ended up using frosting to top it off and they were still great!!

I took 2 batches to a church gathering and got SO many comments. I used chocolate chips instead of baking squares and it worked great. I'll definately make this agian.

One of my new favorite desserts!!! I added a little more peanut butter then it called for & I omitted the nuts & put crushed reeses pieces instead.... DELICIOUS!! I cant wait to try it with differnet types of brownies & flavored puddings!!

Made this for a friend's birthday with a few slight changes. We added coffee to the brownie mix and split between 2-8" pans. We added extra milk to the pudding mixture and we used our favorite ganache. Terrific recipe. It was a hit!! Will definitely use again.
