What You Need

pkg. (19 to 21 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

cup cold milk

cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

1/2

cup powdered sugar

1-1/2

cups COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, coarsely chopped

Make It

PREPARE and bake brownies in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package; cool. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Add peanut butter and sugar; mix well. Refrigerate until brownies are completely cooled.

SPREAD over brownies.

MICROWAVE COOL WHIP and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring every 30 sec. Spread over pudding; top with nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Awesome Brownies! I made some to take to work.Everyone loved them!I doubled the recipe,using a 10x15 pan.I did not double the amount of peanut butter and still had plenty of peanut butter taste. I skipped the cool whip and just spread the melted chocolate on top.Making them again this weekend and adding mini peanut butter chips to the brownie mix..Yum!

I made these in the "perfect brownie pan", which made them a little thicker than if I'd used the 13x9, but they were still absolutely DELICIOUS!!!

These were just okay as a whole- the toppings tasted amazing, but I think I'd prefer to eat them in a bowl with a spoon instead of on top of brownies. Maybe they'd be better with just chocolate as the top layer instead of mixing with the cool whip, so it'd harden up a little more.

You can never go wrong with chocolate and peanut butter. The brownie was a little wet and gooey so we ate them in bowls. Not so easy to just pick up and eat. Tastes very good though.

Oh MY! I am not a big brownie fan but this was really really good. I love peanutbutter so that was the hit for me. I wish I could keep the brownie part warm and add the toppping :0}
