What You Need

pkg. (19 to 21 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

cup cold milk

cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

1/2

cup powdered sugar

1-1/2

cups COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, coarsely chopped

Make It

PREPARE and bake brownies in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package; cool. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Add peanut butter and sugar; mix well. Refrigerate until brownies are completely cooled.

SPREAD over brownies.

MICROWAVE COOL WHIP and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring every 30 sec. Spread over pudding; top with nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour.

These brownies are good. They are so moist. I wasn't sure if I should store them in the fridge or leave them out but they are good either way. Not too hard if in the fridge and not all runny if left out. They are actually perfect left out. Just gooey enough.

I made this recipe for Christmas dinner last year.. It is very yummy but a little too rich for me. I had a ton of left overs and ended up scrapping the topping off of the brownies to finish them :)

I never even liked peanut butter before I made these. But they looked so good. I've altered the receipe a bit only cuz the peanut butter mixture was too sweet for my boyfriend. So I use about 1/2 to 3/4 of the pudding mixture with the peanut butter for a more peanut butter taste.
