Triple-Layer Peanut Butter Brownies

These brownies are the best. My daughter usually makes these but I wanted to try and make them myself. Very easy EXCEPT when you get to the cool whip and chocolate part. I had the same issues everyone else did. My cool whip chocolate mixture came out a watery mess!! To remedy this I melted 2 more squares of chocolate separately and mixed it into my watery mess and it came out perfect. The how to video shows this mixture coming out of the microwave watery and as she mixes it, it still is watery until she pours it over the brownies then it looks smooth and thicker. Something wasn't right. Too many people are having the same issue. Maybe she let it sit on the counter a little while. As I said before, add 2 more squares of chocolate melted separately to this mix and its perfect!! The chocolate & cool whip shoudl be a smooth consistency similiar to chocolate syrup. I would make these again!

Didnt come as recipe hows.. I did however make 1 oops(my bad)i followed directions on pudding box to make the pudding whereas the recipe wanted u to use less milk. But i did follow he directions for the choc coolwhip topping layer it wastoo watery ! When i make it again i think i will melt chocate first then slowly fold in the cool whip so it stays a better thick consistency : )

this recipe was a hit! I will make it again. It was easy to do...I didn't change a thing.

These are the best brownies I have ever made. Everything about this is delicious.

AWFUL! Only thing that comes out right are the brownies. I know my way around a kitchen and the peanut butter comes out a runny mess, and the chocolate coating. Not even freezing can harden any of this DISGUSTING MESS UP!

i made this desert for a dinner at church, it was a big hit everyone loved it and told me not to forget how to make it,they wanted it again!lol!

Good recipe EXCEPT for the top layer; choolate never melted with the Cool whip--I had a waxy mess. No problem, just squeezed Hersheys syrup on top and added the chopped peanuts. You will never get the top 2 ingredients to blend, so be careful with that part!

Too messy, the peanut butter/chocolate topping just slide off. I was expecting it to be a thicker topping. Taste is just fair, won't make these again.

No-one liked these and we are serious brownie and peanut butter fans. Will NOT make again!

REALLY VERY SIMPLE AND EASY TO MAKE. GREAT TASTING BROWNIE.
