This is so easy! I "revamped" it so as to make it "heart-healthy". With the brownie mix, in place of the oil, I used 1 Tbsp. Canola Oil, plus enough unsweetened applesauce to measure 1/2c., and 4 egg whites in place of the 2 eggs, 1 1/2 C. Skim Milk, Sugar-Free French Vanilla Pudding, and Sugar-free Cool Whip. Instead of 1/2 C. of nuts, I used 1/4C. ground peanuts. Also, in place of the reg. peanut butter, I lessened the amount to 1/2 C, and used sugar-free. It still tastes delicious, and it looks as good as yours! LOL

I made these for work and my coworkers devoured them! A glass of milk makes them complete!

For some reason, mine did not turn out. Maybe because I used a fudge brownie mix?? But because of how delicious they look, I am going to try again!! (this time with a regular brownie mix)

For some reason this recipe was a bust. I took it to a dinner party and not one compliment. Several people scraped the top peanut mixture off and just ate the brownie. It looked lovely, but I guess not everyone is crazy about peanut butter.

This will be "birthday" cake for my 34 yr old twins whose birthday falls on or near Thanksgiving each year. They complain about always getting pumpkin pie instead of a regular birthday cake. It's large, flavorful, frosted, and easy to serve.

I made this recipe for my coworkers and they loved them. It was so easy to put together and they taste great. After everything was done I put a little extra something sweet on the top instead of the nuts.

I didn't use the nuts on top and I used white chocolate and it was YUMMY!!!

Too sweet. Great idea, but maybe cut the peanut butter section in half.
