What You Need

pkg. (19 to 21 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)

pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding

cup cold milk

cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter

1/2

cup powdered sugar

1-1/2

cups COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)

oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

1/2

cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, coarsely chopped

Make It

PREPARE and bake brownies in 13x9-inch pan as directed on package; cool. Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Add peanut butter and sugar; mix well. Refrigerate until brownies are completely cooled.

SPREAD over brownies.

MICROWAVE COOL WHIP and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring every 30 sec. Spread over pudding; top with nuts. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Very rich and tasty. I had trouble with the cool whip part. I would melt choc. first then mix. I used chunky peanut butter than I didn't need nuts on top. You have to try this. It's so easy.

I made this for a contest of 20 entree's and won first place, I would say it was really good. I didn't have the cool whip so I just used regular chocolate frosting and cashews instead of peanuts.

I made these when they were testing different recipes and this one was my favorite! I did not use nuts but they were still delicious! I would definately make these again. :)

I am actually making these for the second time. They are awesome! Especially for your peanut butter/chocolate lovers! I made them for a work potluck and they were all the rave! Good thing they didn't know how easy they were! :)
