Triple-Layer Peanut Butter Brownies

I have made this recipe several times and it is always a hit. My bars did have nice looking layers, as shown in the picture. However, they are very soft and the top is gooey. They must be refrigerated and are too soft to stack in a container. The taste is superb- it is just a very soft bar cookie.

Tastes good but looks nothing like the picture :( I even tried refrigerating overnight as suggested in order to keep the gooey top layer from becoming a mess. I couldn't make a clean cut, it was no were near the perfect layers shown in the photo. A couple tips to possibly try – a layer of foil over the baking dish so you can pull out the brownies on a flat surface to cut (it was difficult to cut inside the dish against the edges) and try freezing them before cutting

Good but very rich! I thought the 3rd layer would be a little firmer then it turned out! I also didn't cook my brownies long enough so it was a very gooey treat!

I have made these and they were absolutely delicious and gone in no time. Relatively easy to make as well.
