Very different from the usual cheesecake and easier than banana cream pie! I did think the cheesecake layer was a bit drier than I'm used to but the flavor was fabulous! I wil definately be making this again, but I think I'll add more bananas and slice them thicker! YUM!

What a great take on cheesecake! I did have to bake it for a bit longer and was weary about baking the bananas in the bottom but it was oh so good. I loved the crunchy crust. I used a french vanilla cake mix instead of just white. Yum, Yum, Yum!!!

This was a HUGE hit at work. I messed up and didn't cook it as long as I should have so it almost ended up being kind of a dump cake.....but ohhhhhh so much better. This is my new favorite and I will be making it again.

my familey loved it. I added some real butter and peanut butter to the crust. Melted both together and poured it on top of the bananas.

My husband is diabetic, so I used one of the new reduced sugar cake mixes(yellow), Splenda Brown sugar, Neufchatel cheese, 2 percent milk, and sugar free Cool Whip. He thinks this is the best thing he has ever eaten. I have to agree, I served it to the rest of the family and they also loved it.

My kids had a blast helping make this recipe. I used a yellow cake mix instead of a white because that is what I had on hand. I used white sugar instead of brown for the crust. It tastes great without the cool whip so if you want to skip on a few calories that is one thing that you can do.

I made this for a luncheon at church and it was delicious! Everyone who tried it raved about it. I was almost embarrassed by how easy it was to make. I'll definately make it again. I added 1 tsp. banana extract to the filling. YUM!
