I made the original recipe, tasted it and and then decided it needed just little extra. After it cooked for the 20 minutes, I added some shredded cheddar cheddar cheese over the salsa, popped it back in the oven (which was turned off) so the cheese would melt. Took it out of the oven and crunched up some nacho cheese chips over the top. This was a hit with a family, as well as my co-workers. Will definatly make this a regular meal for my family!!
