Tasted great and easy to make (especially for me, who is not a very good cook). Also fun to get the family to help...my 2-year-old daughter was able to help out stirring the macaroni and spooning out the layers!

I added shredded mild cheddar cheese to the top before I baked it. My family went nuts over this recipe.

Easy, quick, and ingredients that are usually on hand! A little dry, but I think if I added a few more ingredients as has been suggested would be even better.

great recipe. I used ground bison instead of ground beef.....and a spicier fresh salsa that gave it a bit of heat. my son loved it.

I really liked this recipe. It was quick and easy. It's also very versatile. You can add whatever else you'd like to the recipe. I added extra cheddar cheese on top. Would be good with some corn chips on the side....sour cream.....beans....
