The very first time I made it, my 12 year old was requesting I make it every Friday night. This quickly became a family favorite.
I have four very picky kids. I made this recipe last night and they loved it and wanted to know when I was going to make it again.I liked making it because it was very easy. Thank You.
I would make this recipe again because it was really easy and tasted good. If I did make this recipe again I would not use salsa but would add taco sauce instead and I would mix sour cream into the mixture to make the casserole a little bit creamier. Also add cheese to the top of the dish.
My family loved this recipe. It is so hard to please my husband. He hates everything, and was pleasantly suprised with this recipe. I put a bag of mexican cheese on top, and added sweet corn to the recipe. I also lined the bottom of my dish with soft taco shells so nothing would stick. The clean up was easy and the dish was tasty!
My family is very hard to please with recipes and usually at least one person dislikes what is made. Not this time! Every member of the family and even a few guests loved this meal. I added a crisp salad and sprinkled Mexican cheese on top which really add just that extra something. We will definitely be having this again and again.
I used ground turkey that had already been preseasoned with taco seasoning and added extra paprika, some chili powder, crushed red pepper flakes and ground black pepper to the mixture because my husband is a spice fanatic! And I used the fiesta blend shredded cheese and sprinkled it on top of the salsa. When my husband tasted it I got an "A+" rating from him-and believe me, it is EXTREMELY hard to please him when it comes to cooking for him! I'll definitely make this recipe again!
This kid-friendly recipe was so easy to make with just a few ingredients that I already had on hand! The first time I made the recipe as directed, but the salsa on top was a deal-breaker for my 12 y/o. This time I tweaked the recipe a bit by adding a 2.25 can (drained) of sliced black olives and 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Intead of layering, I mixed all of the ingredients together, including the salsa, before baking. It was SO flavorful! This dish had just enough spiciness for my kids, and was definitely enjoyed by all! I think next time I make it (probably next week!) I will add a can of drained sweet corn along with the olives and cheese.
This one is great. so quick, so easy, so good. My picky family loved it, everyone got seconds. This will definitely make it into the regular rotation.
My family enjoyed this recipe. It was easy to make and along with a garden salad provided a quick and nutritious meal. I lost the recipe and went on line to find it again.
This was really good. My husband loved it. I added half a can of mexican corn and a little shredded cheddar on top. This will probably become one of my easy weeknight meals.
