Slow-Cooker Hearty Beef Chili

Ground beef, beans and cheese provide a tasty foundation to this easy slow-cooker chili. Serve with sour cream or bacon bits for extra flavor and color.

What You Need

1-1/2

lb. lean ground beef

cans (15 oz. each) red kidney beans, rinsed

can (16 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce

1-1/2

cups TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa

cup frozen corn

onion, chopped

Tbsp. chili powder

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat; drain. Add to slow cooker with all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).

STIR before serving. Serve topped with cheese.

Oh my goodness! Chili usually has a pretty high standard to live up to but this one just raised the bar! Sooo good and sooo easy to make! Will definitely make again!!!! and again... and again....

My whole family loved this, even the kids. I served mine with white rice for a heartier meal and we had enough for leftovers the next day.

This is an awesome chili recipe. It is easy to make and I had all the ingredients right in my pantry. I did add 1/2T Cumin and next time instead of mild salsa I might try Medium.
