Slow-Cooker Hearty Beef Chili

Ground beef, beans and cheese provide a tasty foundation to this easy slow-cooker chili. Serve with sour cream or bacon bits for extra flavor and color.

What You Need

1-1/2

lb. lean ground beef

cans (15 oz. each) red kidney beans, rinsed

can (16 oz.) no-salt-added tomato sauce

1-1/2

cups TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Mild Salsa

cup frozen corn

onion, chopped

Tbsp. chili powder

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

BROWN meat; drain. Add to slow cooker with all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir. Cover with lid.

COOK on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).

STIR before serving. Serve topped with cheese.

Great recipe! Added a dif variety of beans for color and more protein. Omitted corn also. Even froze some for future dinner. Defrosted well. Everyone loved it. Def making again.

I really liked it, I didn't use corn, I don't think corn belongs with chili , but other than that it is delicious and easy to make!

I don't know what people find good about this recipe. Corn does not belong in chili. It had a strange taste and was the consistency of sloppy joe mixture. Other chili recipes are far superior.

This was the best and easiest chili's I've made yet!!! It does not kill your insides unless you add more hot sauce...other wise it's hot enough for my family. Loved it and will make it again and again!!!! Thank you for this recipe!!!! A+ Dottie in West Warwick, RI

Loved it. We added a little more chilli powder and some hot sauce because we like it a little hot. We loved the corn in this chilli.
