I make this chili every few weeks for my teenage sons. They love a big bowl of it after football practice - hearty and filling . I've tried different salsas and Taco Bell is the best for this recipe. Others change the taste and make it less appealing somehow. I always add a can of diced tomatoes as well.

I never heard of chili using salsa before in my life, so i decided to try it. Everyone loved it!! Had no left overs. If your feeding more than 4 I would double the recipe.

Love this recipe. I did change a few things after reading the other reviews. I used one can kidney and one can black beans. I also used medium salsa and think I will use hot next time. The chili did not have an overall chili flavor and I would add more chili powder. I liked the touch of corn. Overall easy and great tasting!

This recipe was great, but did not fit my family well, as our youngest are 4 and 7, and aren`t big onion or spicy foods people. That being said, I certainly enjoyed this meal, and it was especially good for a cold evening.

Delicious! One of my favorites.

This is a great, easy recipe! The second time I made it, I added a package of the McCormick's Chili seasoning instead of the chili powder, medium salsa instead of mild and some green peppers for some extra kick!

Very good, was slightly spicier than I expected.

Made this for a party and everyone loved it! Doubled it up and there was barely any left by the end of the party. Will definitely make this one again. It was really good.

Excellent chili - made this today for a chili cook off... came in 3rd out of 10 entries! Cooking in a crock pot made this super easy and it tasted really good!
