I made this tonight and it "hit the spot". I didn't have any tomato sauce on hand, so used a 28oz. can of petite diced tomatoes. I also added a dash of blk. pepper, garlic powder and seasoning salt. I had a late start on it, so cooked it on high for the 3-4 hrs. I was concerned that the raw onions would still be crunchy, but they weren't. I also liked the addition of the corn. (Didn't think I would, but enjoyed the little crunch it gave.) Will make again.
