What You Need

can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup

3/4

cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided

cups chopped cooked chicken

pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas), thawed

cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

cup all-purpose baking mix

Tbsp. milk

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

step 1

COMBINE soup and 1/2 cup sour cream in 8-inch square baking dish. Stir in chicken, vegetables and cheese.

step 2

MIX baking mix, remaining sour cream and milk just until mixture forms soft dough.

step 3

SPOON into 6 mounds over chicken mixture. Bake 35 min. or until biscuits are golden brown and chicken mixture is hot and bubbly.

I made it a second time, only I made the biscuits smaller because the 1st time they took an hour to cook through.

I made this recipe for a pre-football game lunch and everyone absolutely loved it! It was really nice to my college-student budget and was easy to make. I plan on making this many more times. I didn't make any alterations to the recipe and it was still good. I'd bet that a little extra seasoning would make it phenomenal.

Good recipe! I doubled the biscuit mix, so the biscuits were bigger and seasoned the chicken and veggies well before baking. My husband loved it! We'll definitely be making this one again.

Overall, it had a good taste but it needed salt and pepper added and I didnt think It needed it because I seasoned the cooked chicken. The prep time was longer than I expected. I wouldnt double the biscuit mix because there was still uncooked dough and it needed to bake longer.

good. tastes like the inside of a pot pie. needs salt and pepper. I'd double the biscuit part of the recipe because the biscuits were pretty small.

This was a good hearty meal, perfect for a chilly fall night. I think it could have used a couple seasonings, but other than that, it was quite tasty.
