A lot like pot pie. It was good, but took slightly longer to bake because I didn't thaw the veggies first.

This was SOOOO good. My kids are asking when I'll make it again. I did substitute Co-Jack for the cheddar because it was what I had, and peas and corn for the mixed veggies (kids don't like lima beans anyway). DELICIOUS!

My boyfriend and I made this recipe last night and it was delicious! We poached some chicken breasts in chicken broth with steaks seasoning and seasoned salt for added flavor (approx. 30 mins). He also doubled the biscuit portion (Using Bisquick Baking Mix), because we love biscuits and we used a slightly larger casserole dish, so we needed more coverage. He also sprinkled cheddar cheese on the finished product. Really easy and tasty! Definitely comfort food on a weeknight!!

The item "baking mix" is not a universal term. If it is something you have a recipe for then you should make this a link so others can use it. Without the baking mix the recipe is useless. <<< Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Wendy ~ Baking mix refers to all-purpose baking mix that can be purchased in the baking aisle at your grocery store. >>>
