I was wondering what everyone used as the all purpose baking mix

You can also add french fried onion rings on top during the last 15 minutes. This adds a nice crunch.

Comfort food at it's best! This recipe is very quick and easy to make; and my husband and I loved it! I substituted frozen peas for the mixed vegtables, he's not a fan of them. Definitely what he calls a "keeper"!

Very yummy comfort food! Instead of mixing biscuit mix, milk & the remaing sour cream, I just bought a cheddar & garlic Biquick biscuit mix & used that to top it off. I also added a bit of garlic pepper to the veggies & chicken! Very yummy - bit hit with the family ;-)

I made a lowfat version of this. My family loved it. It's a great comforting meal...

This was easy to put together. It tasted great. My whole family like it. The only problem was I needed more time for my biscuits to get done. I made them a little large.

I have made this recipe many, many times since I first saw it in your magazine. I also make it frequently for my daughter and her family. We all think it is a tasty dish. I do vary the veggies. I'll be making it again to bring to someone who just had surgery!

With the addition of a little garlic and BBQ chicken this recipe was a warm and comforting dish on a cold night!
