Amazing cake! Probably my favorite cake that I have ever eaten and I have eaten lots! Incredibly easy to make but looks difficult! Loved it!!!

I made this recipe for my parents anniversary and everyone loved it! My mother in law and my husband have requested it for their birthday cake! I have found that adding the whipped topping to the melted chocolate and whisking together a little at a time seems to mix better and look like the picture. The unique shape of the cake is fantastic too!

amazing! I was worried that this cake would be too rich but with the cool whip it was perfect! I also added one cup of devils food chocolate pudding to my cake mix so the cake layer was extra moist! I would not do it any other way! It was a huge success at our family dinner

The filling didn't turn out brown like the picture, but it still tasted great. I also used a whole tub of Cool Whip to frost it. Had a great taste, got rave reviews. I'll be sure to make it again.

Very tasty. Had a hard time with the bottom of the cake that puffed up in the bowl in the oven. Had to trim to make flat. Would use a lot more cool whip if I made it again so there was more for the filling and more for frosting easier.
